The North garden became an intimate garden room with children's playhouse. The lovely Moorish fountain, ficus hedges, Palm-like tree ferns and golden gravel paving create an illusion of Mediterranean warmth and peace.

Six-foot hedges on the south and east corners of the property screen the busy street and the driveway. A new outdoor “room” has been created where visitors are welcomed and children can safely play.
